Meet the Christopher House Staff

Our professional management team is dedicated to improving the quality of life and promoting stability for residents through creating a nurturing and stable environment. We are committed to assisting residents in achieving their highest level of independence and self-worth. We strive to be compassionate, respectful and pro-active.

 

Kevin Colwell - Administrator
Kevin graduated in 1998 from The Evergreen State College with a BA in Liberal Arts/Social Work. He has gained 13 years of experience in the social work field, with seven years of experience in program management. His expertise is in working with high-risk, homeless/runaway youth and their families, family reconciliation, developmental delayed clients and mental health clients. Kevin says his philosophy is "to provide the as needed assistance for individuals to live a meaningful, fulfilling life, while also allowing for their independence to learn and grow on an individual basis.

Support Staff
The CRH Christopher House management team is supported by a devoted and qualified staff of professionals.

All staff are fully competent to perform all job duties while keeping the welfare of the residents at the forefront. A staff member is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Our staff consists of:

  • Activities Director
  • Caregivers
  • Medication Room Aides
  • Cooks
  • Maintenance
  • Housekeepers
